Cauliflower - chocolate

  • Cauliflower
  • Chocolate powder
Remove the leaves and veins of the cauliflower and cut in florets
Cook until al dente in salted water. Drain and cool in ice water.
Heat some butter in a pan and fry the cauliflower until golden. Spoon the cauliflower on a platter and sprinkle with chocolate powder*. Grate possibly some chocolate on top. * Chocolate powder can be replaced with a sieved mixture of equal parts of cocoa powder and powdered sugar. For a more bitter powder, add less powdered sugar.
