Avocado - chocolate - pecan


  • 80 g Pecan , grounded
  • 65 g Butter
  • 65 g White sugar
  • 80 g Wheat flour
  • pinch Salt
Mix all ingredients. Bake until golden brown in a preheated oven at 180°C. Stir frequently.
  • 150 g Avocado
  • 25 g Sugar syrup
  • 10 g Lime juice
  • pinch Salt
Put all ingredients in a cup and mix finely.

Serve with a spoon of chocolate ice cream and some crumbel
