€19.99/mo monthly or €199/year.
Can I add my sous-chef and kitchen team to my subscription? +
Yes. The Chef Owner pays for the base plan plus additional Collaborator seats at €9.99/seat/mo.
A sous-chef would typically join as a Collaborator (create and edit recipes, use AI tools), while a trainee can
join as a Viewer for free with read-only access. Professional and Business plans include unlimited free Viewer
seats. The Chef Owner retains ownership of all recipes created by Collaborators.
What's the difference between collaborators and viewers? +
Teams have three roles: Owner (full access and billing), Collaborator (full access), and Viewer
(read-only access). Roles can be assigned and changed by the team owner.
What happens if I hit my usage limit? +
AI features become temporarily unavailable until your credits reset with the next billing
cycle. You can also top up credits at any time without changing your plan. Your recipe library, pairing search,
and all non-AI features continue to work normally.
Can I switch plans anytime? +
Yes. Upgrade instantly and get access to new features right away. Downgrade at any time — your
current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Why are prices shown in EUR or USD? +
We auto-detect your location and show the most relevant currency. You can switch between EUR
and USD at the top of the page. All prices are fixed — no surprise exchange-rate fluctuations.
What if I want to cancel my subscription after renewal? +
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Your access continues
until the end of the current billing period. If you've just subscribed or renewed, you have a 14-day right of
withdrawal — contact us within 14 days for a full refund, provided you haven't used any AI credits during that
period. After cancellation, your recipe library remains accessible in read-only mode.
